Cardholder Refusal Policy:

• At the time of booking – 50% prepayment.
• Additional payment of 50% at the reception.
• Upon cancellation of the reservation up to 14 days before the date of arrival – full refund.
• Upon cancellation of the reservation – 13 days before arrival – 50% prepayment is non-refundable.
• In case of no-show – 50% prepayment is non-refundable.

If payment is done by credit card the refund of the paid sum will be transferred via reversed transaction to the ordering card within 14 calendar days.
